Rukappu is a coined word based on the Japanese word "look up," and is a popular figure series featuring figures looking up and sitting down. When displayed on a desk or other surface, it's easier to make eye contact with the figure than with regular figures. The neck is movable, so you can enjoy adding different expressions.
